Sunswept Vista is an impressive, three-level, Craftsman-style, waterfront home located approximately 70 miles south of Washington, D.C. in Lake Anna, Virginia.The home boasts luxurious amenities for groups of up to 19, a plethora of entertainment options, and stunning sunset views over the lake.
Lake Anna is the second largest lake in Virginia and is known not only for its abundance of water recreation options, but has grown into a cultural and culinary destination, as well. Click here for more information about Lake Anna and the surrounding area.
What We Offer
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Sleeps a total of 19 guests in seven bedrooms and six full baths. Three of the bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms, two bedrooms share a Jack & Jill bathroom, and two bedrooms share a detached bath.
Open Floor Plan
The main floor includes a spacious great room with an abundance of seating. The great room leads to a covered deck, which is the perfect spot to watch the sun go down over Lake Anna.
Gourmet Kitchen
For our guests who love to cook, the gourmet kitchen is a dream with its six-burner gas stove, two refrigerator/freezers, and two dishwashers for easy clean-up. A large island and dining room provide seating to enjoy delicious meals. Just off the kitchen is a butler's pantry with a drink fridge, wine cooler, sink, and open shelving.
Lower Level
The lower-level game room provides hours of entertainment for guests of all ages. It features a full kitchen, pool table, Smart TV, DVD, Sonos Wi-Fi speaker system, foosball/game table, shuffleboard, Multicade arcade game, retro pinball machine, and lots of movies, games and puzzles. The lower level extends outside under a covered patio, where the grill is located.
Outdoors
For your outdoor enjoyment, we have a natural sand private beach, boat dock with a large sundeck and room for boat tie up, Adirondack chairs, fire pit, outdoor ping pong table, and yard games provide land entertainment, while three adult kayaks, two kids kayaks, one canoe, two paddle boards, and a pedal boat promise fun on the water.

Our large family stayed here for our annual retreat and the property exceeded every expectation. The home was spacious, warm, and spotless throughout, with amazing amenities that made the trip easy for both kids and adults. The massive game room kept everyone entertained, the kitchen was fully stocked down to a perfectly organized alphabetical spice rack, and every bathroom was exceptionally clean and well supplied. Communication from the host was clear and timely, and you can tell real care went into preparing the home. We WILL BE COMING BACK, and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable Lake Anna getaway.
